I love using grip on my hoop so much I use it on both the inside and outside edges of my hoop. Some of the tricks I like to practice are made so much more accessible with grip that when the tape I was using was discontinued I scoured the planet for an alternative and, finding nothing that was as good, determined to create a solution myself that was at least equivalent, if not better - which I reckon I did! And thank goodness, hooping is difficult enough with grip tape, thank you very much!
